Returns and Refunds

 

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To return your order, please contact us at hello@kloudyjewelry.com
  • Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. For watches, we don't accept returns once the seal is broken.
  • Return Shipping: Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
  • Personalised orders: Customised necklaces or bracelets are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours are not applicable with these items. 
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: In the case of defective or damaged products, we're more than happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us, within 7 days of receiving, for further instructions.
  • Cancellations: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
  • Contact Us: If you have any questions about our return policy or need help with a return, please don't hesitate to contact us

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take 3-8 days after the order arrives. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

Faulty items / Broken piece

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact hello@kloudyjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence

BUY 1 GET 1 FREE & PART RETURNS:

Should a purchase be made with the buy 1 get 1 free promotion and you wish to only return part of the order please note any refunds will be calculated in line with the promotion.

  • A partial refund will be given should the full order not be returned.
  • A full refund will be given should all the items be returned in the correction condition.
